You've purchased add-ons like infographics or workbooks in addition to your main subscription plan.
Please note that these features are not obligatory and in order to proceed without any add-ons, you simply need to move forward by clicking the "Continue without welcome offer" button.

You've purchased a subscription multiple times.
It can happen if you thought the registration did not go through and you registered again. If that's the case, please reach out to our Support Team at support@mindscapeapp.io and attach screenshots of all charges in the email.
