We're sorry to see you go, however, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do it directly in your 'Profile' settings by clicking the Cancellation or Subscription Details button.
You can also send a cancellation request to our Customer Care Team at support@mindscapeapp.io for further assistance.
When you cancel a subscription, you’ll still have access to the app for the period you’ve already paid for. The cancellation becomes effective on your upcoming billing date.
Please note that the subscription needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
